Many home-decor stores are spending ad dollars in the wrong order.

01

Your showroom is quieter than it was three years ago.

Walk-ins are down for many independent home decor stores — not because demand disappeared, but because the discovery journey moved online. Wayfair, Amazon and the big-box chains built the digital shelf while independent stores kept relying on walk-ins.

02

Pinterest account exists. It produces no sales.

Many stores set up a Pinterest business account, run a few campaigns, see weak results, and stop. The cause is usually fixable: tracking that misses checkouts, a catalog with errors, creative that doesn’t answer the buyer’s question, or too little budget per test to learn anything. The platform works. The setup didn’t.

03

Google and Meta keep getting more expensive — and less attributable.

Independent stores get outbid by national chains running co-op budgets on Google. And on Meta, post-iOS signal loss means the ROAS your Meta dashboard shows and the ROAS your Shopify analytics shows are two different numbers. No one can tell you which channel is actually driving revenue.

04

Pinterest is where people plan rooms before they buy — and few independent decor stores run it properly.

That’s the gap we work in: 97% of top searches on Pinterest are unbranded (Pinterest data ↗), so shoppers haven’t picked a brand yet, and the format is visual — built for furniture, tile, lighting and rugs.

“97% of top searches on Pinterest are unbranded.”

People use Pinterest to plan rooms before they buy — and many independent decor stores still leave that moment unclaimed.

Three numbers: one from Pinterest, two from our own published accounts.

640M monthly active Pinterest users (Q2 2026)
7.31–14.93× ROAS across our 4 published Pinterest accounts
14–22 mo how long each of those accounts ran

The contrast: many home decor ad budgets still go mainly to Google and Meta, which capture demand once shoppers know what they want. Pinterest reaches them while they’re still planning.

HOW WE WORK

From first call to live campaigns — as fast as your account is ready.

00

Account review

A free 30-minute call. We look at your store, current channels and goals, and agree which channels have a job.

01

Audits & access

Week 1 — every channel in scope audited, access requests sent, and a written list of what to keep, fix and test first. Google written audit within 3 business days.

02

Tracking & attribution

Pinterest Tag and Conversions API, Google Enhanced Conversions and Meta Conversions API checked or set up through your store’s integration. Custom development is quoted separately.

03

Pinterest build

Catalog checked, products and creative chosen, briefs and Pin copy written. Campaigns go live once tracking, catalog and approved creative are ready — usually 10–14 days after onboarding.

04

Google + Meta build

Built in parallel where they’re in scope: branded Search, Shopping and Performance Max on Google; Advantage+ sales and catalog campaigns on Meta. Same readiness check before launch.

05

Local SEO build

Month 1: Business Profile, citations and review system. Month 2: geo and category pages. Month 3: review growth and weekly profile updates.

06

First reviews

Day 30: the Pinterest pilot review. Google and Meta are reviewed after their learning periods, once each has enough conversion data. Every review says what to keep, change or stop.

07

Optimize

Budget moves to what the data supports. Smart Bidding needs around 50 conversions to calibrate and Meta about 50 optimization events a week to exit learning, so neither is judged on its first days.

Your input: a 30-minute call, access approvals, product photos and sign-off on new creative. We handle the rest and tell you when we need something.

WHY DECORADSPRO

A home decor ad agency built for showrooms and brands doing $500K–$10M.

BASED IN BANGLADESH · WORKS U.S. EASTERN HOURS (MON–FRI 9–6 ET) · ALL ACCOUNTS MANAGED DIRECTLY BY SHARIF

Most performance agencies don’t understand home decor. Most home-decor agencies don’t understand Pinterest. And few serve the single-store and 2–6-location independents who make up the backbone of U.S. home furnishings retail. That’s the gap we work in. Seven years in paid media, first across other verticals and now only in home decor, taught us how shoppers plan a sofa, a tiled bathroom or a lighting scheme, and which creative moves them from a saved idea to a purchase. We don’t dabble. We don’t run apparel campaigns on Tuesdays and decor on Thursdays. This is all we do now: Pinterest, Google, Meta and Local SEO for one vertical. That experience tells us when to push budget — spring home refreshes, pre-fall August, Q4 holidays — and when to pull back, before a ROAS drop tells you something went wrong.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Every real question answered.

Is Pinterest really worth it for furniture and home decor?

For visual products people plan into a room, often yes. 97% of top searches on Pinterest are unbranded, so shoppers are still choosing what to buy and from whom. Our four published Pinterest case studies ran at 7.31× to 14.93× ROAS over 14 to 22 months, and a separately published 22-month furniture account reached 39.94× (three catalog-led campaigns, $11,135.27 spend, $444,733.27 revenue) on our sister site, Pinterest Advertising Stuff. Whether it pays for your store depends on margins, product data and creative, which is what the free review checks.

I’ve already tried Pinterest and it didn’t work. What’s different?

We diagnose before we rebuild. Most underperforming accounts have a fixable cause: tracking that misses or double-counts checkouts, a catalog with errors or out-of-stock products, creative that doesn’t answer the buyer’s question, landing pages that don’t match the Pin, or too little budget per test to learn anything. We keep what works, fix the causes and build only the campaigns your products and data support.

Pinterest Ads vs Google Ads — which is better for home decor?

Different jobs. Pinterest reaches shoppers while they’re still planning and haven’t picked a brand. Google captures intent that’s already formed: branded searches, “buy [product] near me” and comparison queries. Many home decor brands run both, which is what the Showroom Growth and Authority plans are built for. We add Google when it has a clear job, not by default.

Can you help drive in-store foot traffic, not just online sales?

Yes, where the account is eligible and the data exists. We run geo-targeted Pinterest and Google campaigns, keep your Google Business Profile and local listings current, and set up store goals or offline conversion imports when your account qualifies and you can share the data. Store visits are reported separately; unmeasured footfall is never counted in ROAS.

What’s the minimum ad spend you’ll work with?

Depends on channel. Pinterest pilot: $1,500 of planned ad spend + a $750 management fee for 30 days; after that we recommend $3,000+/mo. Google Ads: we recommend $2,500–$3,000/mo so Smart Bidding has enough conversions to learn. Meta Ads: $2,000–$3,000/mo. Local SEO: $1,500/mo management — no ad spend required. Full tier pricing in the pricing section above. Starting allocation: ecommerce-first brands weight Pinterest + Meta; showroom-first brands weight Pinterest + Google Branded Search + Local SEO.

Do you also handle creative — pin design, video, copy?

Yes — with one division of labour: you provide the original photography and product imagery; we write all copy and briefs and handle the channel adaptation agreed in your proposal. Pinterest: Pin copy, creative briefs, video structure and feed optimization. Google: RSA headlines and descriptions, Performance Max asset copy and product feed titles. Meta: Advantage+ ad copy, catalog titles and descriptions. Local SEO: Business Profile posts, photo strategy and review response templates. No separate copy charge on any channel.

Where are you based? What hours do you work?

Sharif is based in Bangladesh and works with home decor brands across the U.S., U.K., Canada, and Europe. Available Mon–Fri 9 AM–6 PM ET. Same-day response every weekday via email or WhatsApp — questions sent end-of-day ET are answered before the next U.S. business morning.

What’s the contract length?

Depends on the plan. The Pinterest pilot runs 30 days with no automatic renewal, and Showroom Starter is month-to-month after it. Showroom Visual, Growth and Authority, and standalone Google Ads, Meta Ads and Local SEO, have a 3-month minimum, then run month-to-month. The minimum exists because those channels need time to produce readable data: Meta’s learning phase needs about 50 optimization events a week, Smart Bidding around 50 conversions or up to three conversion cycles to calibrate, and Local SEO usually 60–90 days before rankings move. Either party can end a plan with 30 days’ notice after any minimum. We keep clients by delivering results, not by locking them in.

Can I see a sample report?

Yes. On the review call we’ll walk you through a real, anonymized dashboard from a current client: spend, conversions and ROAS by channel next to store sales, plus store-visit and Business Profile data where they’re tracked.

How soon will I see results across all four channels?

It depends on readiness, not a calendar. Pinterest campaigns usually go live 10–14 days after onboarding, and the pilot review comes at day 30. Google and Meta are judged after their learning periods, once each has enough conversion data, and Local SEO usually shows measurable ranking movement after 60–90 days. We don’t promise a first-sale date or a ROAS deadline; each review says what the evidence supports.

How do you track and attribute results across 4 channels?

Each channel is tracked and reported on its own. Pinterest: Tag and Conversions API with event_id deduplication, reported on a 30-day click / 30-day view window. Google: Enhanced Conversions and GA4, by campaign type (branded Search, Shopping and Performance Max separately). Meta: Conversions API with UTMs, compared with GA4. Local SEO: Business Profile insights, direction requests and call tracking per location. The monthly dashboard shows each channel’s attributed revenue next to your store’s actual sales, with a recommended budget split. We never add the platforms’ claimed revenue together, because they can each count the same order. You never need to log into four platforms to understand what’s working.

Do you handle AI search and AI shopping visibility, or just ads?

Both, because for a product brand they’re the same asset. The feed we build for Google Shopping and Performance Max is what unpaid AI shopping answers read; the Business Profile and review work under Local SEO is what local AI answers read. We maintain them against both systems inside the retainer. What we won’t do is promise placement in a specific assistant — that isn’t anyone’s to promise. We fix the inputs and report the movement.
